Downgrades are accepted through the second Friday of each quarter at 4:30p.

Viking Dollars saves you money over cash! Viking Dollars can be used at ALL campus Dining locations, including convenience stores, dining halls and dining retail locations.
Summer Meal Plans

The cost of your meal plan is billed to your student account at the time of plan activation, and the amount is due on Tuesday June 25, 2019 or immediately if you activate your meal plan after Summer Session begins. A late fee and interest charge consistent with theWWU Late Fee Policy and WWU Interest Charge Policy is assessed on past due balances. Meal plans are non-transferable; misuse will result in a fine and conduct proceedings. Summer meal service is offered at the Viking Commons starting with dinner on June 23, and ending with lunch on August 23.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Meal plan cancellations are accepted any time during the contract term and subject to a $30  cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to dining@wwu.edu or in EH 109.
  • You are financially responsible for the cost of your meal plan through the date of cancellation (even if you never used it) and your student account is prorated accordingly. No refund is given for cancellations made in the last five days of the quarter. 
  • If you used more than your share of meals or Dining Dollars relative to the number of days you had the plan, the excess is billed to your student account.
  • Meals and Dining Dollars you chose not to use are forfeited.
