Amy Blom, Registered Dietitian (RD), received her masters of public health at Colorado State University and completed a distance dietetic internship in Fort Collins, CO. She has experience working in an array of nutrition fields including hospitals, community health programs, food banks, local farms, and schools, just to name a few. Amy loves connecting with and helping students manage their dietary needs and learn to eat well in the dining halls.
